Shipping policy

Destinations
We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders are dispatched from our studio in Vietnam.

Transit times begin once the order has shipped. Please allow processing time plus shipping time.
Processing time
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order items: 5–10 business days
- Pre-order items: 10–20 business days
Processing times may vary with availability and order volume.
Duties and taxes
All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties and taxes are included at checkout. No additional charges upon delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email once your order has shipped.
Delays
If your order cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will email you a revised date and you may cancel the order for a full refund. This does not apply to sale items. See our Refund Policy.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. When a parcel is considered lost, and what to do if it shows as delivered but has not arrived, is described in our Refund Policy. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos, as described in our Refund Policy.
Mixed orders
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items first, contact us to request a separate shipment. Your order ships free in one shipment. Each additional shipment is charged a flat fee of $25 USD and ships by Standard shipping, Delivered Duty Paid. We confirm the fee by email before it ships.
Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels cannot be redirected once shipped.
